Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration for courses is binding. You may cancel free of charge no later than 14 days before the course starts.

The course fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation without a valid reason. As a course participant, you must submit your cancellation in writing to Borgå Folkakademi. (In the event of sudden illness, a medical certificate should be provided.)

Akan reserves the right to cancel courses.

We reserve the right to make changes to the content and offering of our courses and study programmes.
